Best Bruschetta

Yesterday was my boyfriend's birthday and I made all of his favorite things for dinner including this recipe which is by far the best bruschetta I have ever tasted and so easy to make.  The balsamic vinegar keeps it from being bland and fresh basil gives it lovely color and flavor.  This recipe is a staple at our home served with a crispy baguette, bien sûr.
