Pleasantly slow

This week has (predictably) been a little slow on the work front with everyone skipping out early for the Easter/Passover holiday weekend.  Rather than be bored with busy work, I took the opportunity to finally get my hair highlighted (4 months over 'do, pun intended), have a relaxed dinner with my boyfriend, and take a leisurely lunch/stroll downtown.

I have a slight obsession with organization so any store specializing in this field always gets me a little hot 'n bothered, embarrassing I know.

I just fell in love with the beautiful bird houses on 2 random trees.  Spring is here and the summer houses are ready for residency.

I was delighted to be wined and dined Wednesday night by my boyfriend.  Although fondue chinoise sounds like an oxymoron, it is actually a real dish in Quebec, not in any way Asian cuisine, and delicious.

Note to self: Next time I'm in town on a Friday (lots of upcoming travel planned), I need to dust off my dancing shoes.
